After dedicating 14 years to nursing, with a significant portion spent as a district nurse, Deborah Hayward's decision to open her own Aesthetics clinic, The Olive Clinic in Malmesbury Road, Chippenham, was a natural progression fuelled by her caring nature and unwavering professionalism. Throughout her career, Deborah consistently prioritised the well-being of her patients and clients above all else, earning her a reputation for compassion and excellence in care.
Deborah's experience in nursing provided her with a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of her patients, which she seamlessly transitions into her aesthetics practice. Her commitment to putting her clients first ensures that every procedure and treatment offered at The Olive Clinic is of the highest quality and tailored to meet each person's individual needs and desires.
With her strong foundation in nursing and her genuine concern for the welfare of others, Deborah Hayward embarked on her entrepreneurial journey with the opening of The Olive Clinic in Chippenham. In this brand-new establishment, professionalism, expertise, and a nurturing touch combine to provide clients with an experience that goes beyond aesthetic enhancements, fostering a sense of trust and well-being that sets her apart in the field.
The New Olive Clinic is situated on the site of the long-established and hugely successful Salon Secrets Hair Studio owned by Deborah’s longtime Partner Anthony who is engaged in helping Debbie make a successful transition to the new Business.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside medical professionals, honing my expertise in addressing problematic skin and skin disorders.
I have a particular passion for supporting clients managing conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis, fully understanding how deeply these concerns can impact your confidence and quality of life. I believe that hydrated, healthy skin is the foundation for slowing the signs of ageing and that the confidence of glowing, radiant skin is essential for feeling your best.
At The Olive Clinic, I offer a range of advanced treatments, including results-driven facials, Botox, and polynucleotides, all tailored to meet your unique needs. With over 15 years of experience within the NHS as a pharmacy technician, I bring a calm, professional and caring approach to ear health. I understand how frustrating and uncomfortable ear problems can be, especially when they affect your hearing, confidence, balance, focus or day-to-day comfort.
I have a particular passion for helping clients who are experiencing blocked or uncomfortable ears, reduced hearing, ear pressure, fullness or tinnitus. These concerns can feel worrying and disruptive, so my aim is always to create a safe, gentle and reassuring environment where you feel listened to, informed and well cared for.
At EarKind at The Olive Clinic, I offer professional ear examinations and gentle wax removal using modern, safe clinical equipment, including microsuction and irrigation. Every appointment is carried out with care, precision and clear explanation, so you feel comfortable and confident at every stage of your visit.
